My work consists of broken down material to reform a product of consistent flow, but yet a history already formed. I’ve been searching for the right pieces in all the streets of Houston/Galveston to have a better contrast with wood and metal together to help the performing image take off. Putting old with new is already life contrasting itself. With stenciling there is a lot of ability to change the same image and/or morph the images together as seen in a few recent works. From each separation of color involves either a chapter in my life or something learned. Growing up and being teachable is one of the biggest responsibilities to hold, but also initiating that time to seek Christ’s Spiritual wisdom, knowledge and understanding is much more valuable. Within every painting produced, the testimony in my own life of being set FREE is spoken with total recognition, honor and glory to my Savior Jesus Christ.
